Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShipEasy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShipEasy is an autonomous AI coding agent that connects to your GitHub repositories, reads issues, generates code, runs tests, and opens pull requests on your behalf. The Service processes code in a cloud sandbox environment.

3. Account Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information.
• You must connect a GitHub account with appropriate repository permissions to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish content that violates any law or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attack other systems.
• Use the Service to automate the creation of spam or low-quality content at scale.
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer access to the Service without written permission.

5. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If a payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Pay in 4 ("BNPL") installments: The full subscription amount is divided into 4 equal payments over 90 days. Each installment is charged at the scheduled time. If an installment fails, ShipEasy reserves the right to suspend access.

6. AI-Generated Code

Code generated by ShipEasy ("AI Code") is produced by a language model. You acknowledge that:

• AI Code may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving all AI Code before merging into your codebase.
• ShipEasy makes no warranty about the correctness, fitness, or safety of AI Code.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with GitHub. Your use of GitHub is governed by GitHub's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. ShipEasy is not responsible for GitHub's availability, API behavior, or data practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIPEASY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL SHIPEASY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to material changes, you may cancel your subscription.
