Account Information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you sign up via GitHub OAuth, we also collect your GitHub username and avatar URL.
GitHub Data. ShipEasy accesses your GitHub repositories and issues to perform its core function. This includes reading issue text, repo file structure, and creating pull requests on your behalf. We do not store the full contents of your repositories permanently — code is processed in a temporary sandbox and deleted after use.
Payment Information. We do not store your credit card number. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Their privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Usage Data. We collect basic usage analytics: subscription status, shipment counts, and feature usage. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@shipeasyos.polsia.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except as required by law for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. GitHub tokens are stored encrypted at rest. No system is 100% secure; we continuously monitor and update our security practices.
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other legal mechanisms for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
